To prepare for your pre-approval, please gather the following documents:

  • Identification:

    • Driver's License
    • Social Security Number (You can provide this securely during your appointment or through our online application)
  • Proof of Income:

    • W-2 Employees:
      • Last two years' W-2s
      • Most recent 30 days of paystubs (If you receive bonuses, include the last two years' end-of-year paystubs)
    • Self-Employed/1099/Business Owners:
      • Last two years' personal tax returns (all pages)
      • Last two years' business tax returns (if applicable)
    • Retired:
      • Most recent pension (annuity) award letter
      • Most recent Social Security award letter
  • Financial Assets:

    • Last 2 months of bank statements showing your primary reserves
    • Most recent mortgage statements for any existing properties
    • Property insurance declaration page for any existing properties

Additional Information:

  • Assume annual property tax rate: 1.25% (divided by 12 months)
  • Assume property hazard insurance: 0.35% (divided by 12 months)
  • Include existing mortgage or Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) statements, if applicable
  • LLC entity documents (if applicable)
